SPIRAC were asked to design a silo structure raised on legs to allow trucks to be positioned underneath.

The silo had to be capable of holding a total of 525 yd³/480m³. SPIRAC used a modular design for easier transportation and constructed a tank with 23’ Diam x 34’H/7m x 10.5m

Shaftless Spiral Slewing Conveyor Maximises Sludge Outloading Flexibility

SPIRAC has manufactured a 12-metre shaftless spiral slewing conveyor designed to provide a flexible solution for sludge outloading. The design incorporates a single pivot point at the inlet, allowing the entire conveyor to slew across a wide operating arc and discharge sludge over a large area.
