During this uncertain time, we’d like you to know that SPIRAC is currently, and will continue to remain, fully operational as the world deals with the COVID-19 crisis.

We have implemented our operational continuity plan which means:

  • All office staff remain fully connected and are working from home. 
  • All staff has access to all the information and tools they need to support our customers.
  • Our workshops and service teams remain operational. 

Our focus is on the health and well-being of everyone in the SPIRAC community. We have implemented business processes that shift the vast majority of our interactions online via video, chat or phone, keeping people safe and empowering them to work from home.

Our service and manufacturing teams are here to help

Our service teams and workshops are here to support you and have been identified as critical suppliers of essential services during this COVID 19 crisis with some water authorities. Whilst we are trying everything to stay fully operational, please be aware that COVID-19 developments may force unforeseeable changes on how we operate which in some instances may result in delays. We appreciate your patience when this happens and look forward to assisting you as quickly as possible with any inquiry you may have.
