SPIRAC continues to lead the way in grit handling technology with a suite of innovative solutions designed to optimize wastewater treatment processes. At the heart of this offering is the SANDSEP® Grit Classifier, a highly efficient unit engineered to separate grit and other pollutants from process and effluent streams.
Why SANDSEP® Stands Out:
This COMBIGUARD® is a complete end-to-end wastewater pre-treatment plant, bringing together several of SPIRAC's equipment solutions.
Our technology for specialised screening, grit and sludge handling solutions was called for South East Water’s Boneo Wastewater Recycling Plant. We have manufacturing and technical support facilities in Australia, Europe and USA providing premium quality solids handling solutions for both municipal and industrial wastewater.
The improved COMBIGUARD® Type 1 is a combination of SPIROGUARD® CC our shaftless spiral conveyor screen mounted on a SANDSEP® Long (SAL), a rectangular tank with horizontal & incline conveyors for small to midsize Wastewater Treatment Plants. SPIROGUARD® CC Screen is designed for pump-fed applications.
SPIRAC was contracted by Tier One Contractor Galliford Try to provide a prefabricated packaged treatment plant for the Bolton Upon Dearne Preliminary Treatment Area (PTA).
SPIRAC was asked to manufacture three stainless steel 20m3 SPIROTAINER® units with a solar powered door mechanism for Coffs Harbour Council in Australia. The SPIROTAINER® transports, stores and removes sludge from site with minimal operator intervention.
The Glenelg Wastewater Treatment Plant in South Australia was originally built in 1932 with a number of subsequent capacity upgrades to accommodate increasing demand. This treatment plant is part of the key infrastructure required to provide a reliable and secure wastewater service to the southwest region of metropolitan Adelaide.
