Silo Installation with Sliding Frame Outloading System

The silo installation represents a critical step in optimising the storage and discharge of dewatered sludge.

This project includes the installation of a SPIROTAINER^®, a fully enclosed solution that combines sludge storage and transport within a compact footprint.

Key highlights include:

• A spiral-based mechanism to distribute sludge evenly within the container
• Direct discharge into a sealed bin, eliminating the need for additional handling
• Odour and spillage control through an enclosed design
• Simplified logistics with containerised transport

The integration of pipework, access walkways, and control systems reflects a well-coordinated installation. The SPIROTAINER® streamlines site operations by combining storage and transport into one efficient, contained solution.

FINEGUARD™ and BANDGUARD™ Screening Systems

A separate project involves the installation of advanced screening equipment, featuring FINEGUARD™ and BANDGUARD™ units. These systems are designed to deliver high-performance screening with minimal operator intervention.

FINEGUARD™ in this project is utilised for:

• Coarse solids capture to improve downstream process protection
• Compact installation suitable for retrofits or space-constrained sites
